The West Midlands outfit have been active in the transfer market thus far, making the eye-catching additions of Pedro Lima, Rodrigo Gomes and Jorgen Strand Larsen.
As it stands, Max Kilman is the only notable sale in a £40m deal to West Ham United, but Wolves have now started the process of finding clubs for some of their younger talent.
Earlier this week, it was announced that 19-year-old defender Marvin Kaleta had been loaned out to Motherwell for the season.
According to Football Insider, another prospect who could have a future at Molineux may be the next out of the exit door on a temporary basis.
Huddersfield chasing deal for Hodge
Midfielder Joe Hodge is seemingly in line to make the switch to Huddersfield Town, who were relegated from the Championship in 2023-24.
With Michael Duff now at the helm, a rebuilding job is now taking place at the John Smith's Stadium as the Terriers bid to earn promotion from League One.
Herbie Kane, Anthony Evans, Lasse Sorensen and Mickel Miller have all signed for the Yorkshire outfit, each of them eye-catching incomings for the midfield and wide areas.
The report alleges that Huddersfield are now in talks with Wolves over a season-long loan deal for Hodge, who requires more senior football to progress his career.
Mixed fortunes for Hodge
When Bruno Lage was sacked as head coach in October 2022, Hodge was an immediate beneficiary with caretaker boss Steve Davis promoting the diminutive player from the academy ranks.
Hodge has since gone on to make seven starts and six substitute outings for Wolves, but Gary O'Neil preferred to loan the 21-year-old out to Queens Park Rangers for the second half of last season.
A total of four starts and four appearances from the bench were made for the Hoops in the Championship as they successfully avoided relegation from the second tier.
Nevertheless, the Republic of Ireland Under-21 international now requires regular minutes, and that could seemingly come in an exciting Huddersfield side.
