The 31-year-old has had a bright start to the new campaign, scoring four goals and providing three assists in his opening three league matches for the Hammers.
Antonio's brace in West Ham's 4-1 win over Leicester City took the newly-capped Jamaica international onto 49 Premier League goals, two more than club legend Paolo Di Canio, before scoring his 50th in the 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace.
This is the second time the striker has been named as the Player of the Month, with his first award received in July 2020.
Antonio has also become the first West Ham player to win the monthly accolade since Manchester United loanee Jesse Lingard, who took home the award in April.
The former Sheffield Wednesday and Nottingham Forest man fought off competition from fellow nominees Mason Greenwood, Marcos Alonso, Eric Dier, Demarai Gray as well as Hammers teammate Said Benrahma.
