Spurs have enjoyed a decent start to their group stage campaign after picking up four points from a possible six in their opening two matches.
With an emphatic 5-1 win over NS Mura in their last match, the hope is that a victory over Dutch side Vitesse will be enough to put them firmly on track to progress to the next round.
Vitesse are enjoying themselves this term and find themselves in sixth position in the Eredivisie and will be hopeful of picking up some valuable results.

Vitesse Arnhem v Tottenham: Team news
Daan Reiziger is the only doubt for the Dutch side.
The goalkeeper could miss the visit of Spurs, however Vitesse have a fully fit squad available going into the Europa Conference League clash.
Tottenham are set to leave the 11 players who started against Newcastle in England as Nuno Espirito Santo looks to rotate his squad.
Spurs could therefore welcome Ben Davies and Steven Bergwijn back into the starting XI.
Both players made the bench in Sunday's win over Newcastle and a clash with the Dutch side could be the perfect chance to build up their sharpness with the first team.
Matt Doherty is doubtful after picking up an injury on international duty while Ryan Sessegnon is out with a longer-term problem.
Vitesse Arnhem v Tottenham: What has been said?
Explaining his decision to leave 11 players at home, Nuno said: "We worked today, we prepare the game with the players that are going to start tomorrow.
"Then we had a good training session with players that are going to stay. They're going to work tomorrow and then we'll join all the group on Friday.
"All of them have risk and it's about trying to analyse and seeing what is better for us in terms of our process.
"We have another game next week, it's about we respect all the competitions, all the games.
"We consider it's better for us to leave players behind, recover well so they can compete better on Sunday. If you think about the risk, you'll not decide."
