The pair almost came to blows at the end of Spurs' 4-1 victory over Newcastle on Sunday when Vicario taunted Wilson after comfortably saving a late header by him.
Vicario and Wilson exchanged words before Vicario cleared the ball away.
The full time whistle on the game was blown moments later but the players' dispute intensified and they had to be separated by Spurs defender Cristian Romero. They then continued to exchange verbal jibes from a distance before eventually making their way off the pitch.
Wilson, who was on the wrong end of a rough challenge by Cristian Romero earlier in the match, later opened up on the incident and suggested his opponent of lacking class.
"There's a way to win, isn't there?" Wilson told Sky Sports.

"I think we saw it in the week when Everton were winning and (Jordan) Pickford was messing around. The goalkeeper starts pulling faces and messing around and it's just a lack of respect I thought. But I said my piece, we're grown men and we move on."
Minus the needle at its conclusion, the match was a largely stress-free encounter for Spurs, who secured their first win since October 27.
Ange Postecoglou's men went 2-0 up at half time thanks to close range strikes by Destiny Udogie and Richarlison.
Richarlison then scored his second and Spurs' third on the hour with a composed left-footed effort. Heung-min Son made it 4-0 with a penalty before Joelinton scored a consolation goal in stoppage time for the visitors.
