On that occasion, America came out on top thanks to a 2-0 win over Sarina Wiegman's side, and they are ready to do it all over again.
Since then, things have changed but the USA remain the team to beat, while the Dutch have dropped off.
The Netherlands aren't one of the favourites to win the World Cup this year but will hope to get revenge here.
Meanwhile, America know a win would pretty much seal their place in the next round.

USA Women vs Netherlands Women: Team news
The USA are likely to name an unchanged starting XI after breezing past Vietnam in their opener.
The only concern would be over Lindsey Horan, who picked up a booking in the opening match.
Meanwhile, the Dutch could also name a totally unchanged team as well as they look to seal a place in the knockout stages.
USA Women vs Netherlands Women: What has been said?
Ex-USA star Carli Lloyd has criticised Vlatko Andonovski for his tactical approach to games.
Speaking to Fox Sports after the opening win, she said: "You don't all of a sudden become a better finisher by working on it for a few days.
"The preparation comes prior to this. It's the understanding of one another and the quality of the passing.
"To be perfectly blunt, this has been a general theme with Vlatko ever since he became the coach in 2019.
"Two years ago at the Olympics, we had chances that we weren't putting away. That's worrying because when you go deeper in a tournament, those opportunities are going to be few and far between.
"You might get 20 or 30 chances against Vietnam. You won't against the top teams. So it's really important to capitalise on the ones you get."
