Holders France failed to progress after coming third in their group, meaning there will be a new winner of the competition this year.
England also did not make it through and were, in fact, relegated from League A Group 3 after finishing bottom without a win.
Instead, the Netherlands, Croatia, Spain and Italy will all be featuring, with Louis van Gaal's hosts in the best form heading into the finals.

UEFA Nations League 2023: Dates
The UEFA Nations League finals will be held in the Netherlands with the matches to be played in Rotterdam and Enschede.
The semi-finals will take place on June 14 and 15 with the final and third-place play-off played on June 18.
