Chelsea are keen on Juventus' Matthijs de Ligt, and the Daily Mail say that American forward Christian Pulisic could be offered as well as cash in order to take the centre-back to Stamford Bridge.

Raphinha might just be slipping away from Barcelona now with Chelsea upping their interest. Sky Sport say that the Blues' latest bid is better than Arsenal's and that they might just be the new favourites to land him.

Lukaku lands in Milan
There were false reports of it having happened yesterday because of footage from 2019, but Romelu Lukaku is in Milan ahead of completing his Inter return. He's set to undergo his medical today.
Lukaku said on his arrival in Milan that he's "very happy" to be back.
