The final instalment of the Fla-Flu derby this season takes place on Thursday, as Flamengo host Fluminense from the Maracana in Rio de Janeiro.

A 2-0 victory over Bahia kept Flamengo in fourth in the Brasileiro Serie A table, while Fluzao climbed out of the relegation zone by defeating Cruzeiro 1-0 near the beginning of October.

Flamengo seem to have bought into their new coaches' philosophy, and we believe their defensive structure will ultimately enable them to continue their winning ways.

Corinthians vs. Athletico PR (Friday, 12.00am)

Corinthians can temporarily dig themselves out of the relegation zone with a victory on Thursday versus Athletico Paranaense at Corinthians Arena.

Timao are 18th in the Brasileiro Serie A table, playing to a 2-2 draw with Internacional the last time out, while El Paranaense are just two points above them, losing their previous encounter 1-0 to Botafogo.
