Lanus set out in search of a third consecutive home win in the league when they play host to Belgrano in round seven of the Argentine Primera Division on Thursday.

Both sides enter this match in the bottom half of the league standings with eight points each, though the visitors are two places above their opponents due to a better goal difference of one.

El Ferroviario have lost all six matches in the second phase, while El Matador secured their first win last time out.

Cordoba had over a month's break to sort out their leaky defence but it remained the same on the last matchday - which is why we believe that the hosts will edge this one after a confidence-inducing win on the road last time out.

Atletico Tucuman will be looking to end a six-game winless run when they entertain the challenge of Instituto at Estadio Monumental Jose Fierro on Friday.
