While some titles and relegation scraps have already been decided, others are going down to the wire in thrilling fashion.
A number of leagues will celebrate the final day of the season this weekend, but before that there is some midweek business to take care of, including full schedules in La Liga and the Scottish Premiership.
Celtic could be crowned champions of the latter again, while the third and final relegation place could be filled in La Liga before the weekend arrives.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of the permutations from around Europe's top leagues for this week, and outlines exactly what each club needs to do to fulfill those possibilities.
What could be decided across Europe this week?
PREMIER LEAGUE PERMUTATIONS
What do Man City, Arsenal need to do to win the Premier League title?
Manchester City will be crowned champions for an unprecedented fourth season in a row if they beat West Ham United on Sunday. Failing that, they would clinch the title as long as they at least match Arsenal's result.
Arsenal would win the Premier League title for the first time in 20 years on the final day if they beat Everton and Man City fail to win.

Arsenal vs. Everton (Sunday, May 19 | 4pm)
Manchester City vs. West Ham United (Sunday, May 19 | 4pm)
When could Luton Town be relegated?
Luton will be relegated if they fail to beat Fulham at home on the final day of the season. Only a win, coupled with a Nottingham Forest defeat and a 12-goal swing, would be enough to keep them up on the final day.
Nottingham Forest can only be relegated if they lose against Burnley and Luton beat Fulham with a 12-goal swing between the two matches.
KEY FIXTURES
Burnley vs. Nottingham Forest (Sunday, May 19 | 4pm)

Sassuolo vs. Cagliari (Sunday, May 19 | 11.30am)

BUNDESLIGA PERMUTATIONS
Who could be relegated from Bundesliga this weekend?
Koln kept their slim hopes alive with a dramatic 3-2 comeback win over Union Berlin last weekend, but they will be relegated if they fail to beat Heidenheim, or if Union Berlin avoid defeat to Freiburg. The only way for Koln to stay up is to win and hope Union Berlin lose with a four-goal swing; if Koln score five goals themselves, then a three-goal swing could suffice.
Union Berlin will avoid automatic relegation with at least point, or if Koln fail to win. It would require a Union Berlin defeat, Koln win and a four-goal swing in goal difference - or a three-goal swing if Koln score five times - for the capital outfit to go down.
There is a slim possibility that Koln and Union could finish on the same points, goal difference and goals scored, in which case Koln would suffer automatic relegation due to their inferior head-to-head record.
KEY FIXTURES
Heidenheim vs. Koln (Saturday, May 18 | 2.30pm)
Union Berlin vs. Freiburg (Saturday, May 18 | 2.30pm)
LIGUE 1 PERMUTATIONS
Who could be relegated from Ligue 1 this weekend?
Lorient will be relegated if they fail to beat rock-bottom Clermont, or if Metz avoid defeat to champions Paris Saint-Germain. If Lorient win and Metz lose, Lorient would need a seven-goal swing in their favour to survive.
Metz could be automatically relegated if they lose, Lorient win and there is an 11-goal swing between the two games.
KEY FIXTURES
Lorient vs. Clermont (Sunday, May 19 | 8pm)
Metz vs. Paris Saint-Germain (Sunday, May 19 | 8pm)
TURKISH SUPER LIG PERMUTATIONS
When could Galatasaray be crowned champions?
Galatasaray have the mouth-watering prospect of winning the title against their greatest rivals and closest challengers Fenerbahce on Sunday. Gala only need to avoid defeat to not only win the highest-quality Turkish Super Lig title race in history, but also to become the first Turkish club to reach 100 points in a season.
KEY FIXTURE
Galatasaray vs. Fenerbahce (Sunday, May 19 | 5pm)
