Thiago Alcantara has reportedly offered Sadio Mane his house in Munich ahead of his potential move to Bayern.
The Germans are preparing a second bid for the Liverpool winger after their initial offer of £25m was rejected by the Reds. Mane has reportedly expressed his desire to leave the club and does not want to sign a new deal at Anfield which runs out next summer.
Mane caused a stir over the weekend as he appeared to suggest that he would follow the will of his nation regarding his future with the majority allegedly wanting to see him at a new club. He said: "I respect the fans and team but 60 to 70 per cent of Senegalese want me to leave Liverpool? I'll do what they want."
And the Daily Mail claims Thiago, who played for Bayern between 2013 and 2020 before moving to Liverpool, has offered Mane to use his Munich mansion should a move materialise. The report says the Spaniard has already spoken to his teammate about a potential arrangement.
Following on from Mane's controversial comments on international duty, the Liverpool star was put on the spot again by a reporter, who asked: "So, Sadio - Bayern, Real Madrid or Barcelona?" following his hat-trick in Senegal's 3-1 victory over Benin on Saturday as he became his nation's record scorer
"You know you got me in trouble, you got me in trouble with the Liverpool supporters currently," Mane replied with a smile. "But hey, you know I'm not a fan of these teams. My club is Marseille. I would rather say Marseille."

Mane has now attempted to clarify his stance, adding: "I spoke yesterday while joking with a bit of humour and it was everywhere. I think we'll stop there. Liverpool is a club I respect a lot. The fans adopted me since day one. Regarding the future, we'll see."
Former Liverpool defender Jose Enrique has been critical of Mane's comments and urges the forward to be honest with the club and the fans about his future.
"The worse excuse I ever heard from a player to a leave a club,' Enrique wrote. "He is and will stay as a legend for us but please Sadio you want to leave because they pay you more somewhere else and is fair but putting the excuse of the Senegalese people."
