According to The Telegraph, the new cases mean manager Antonio Conte could have as few as 13 players to work with as they continue preparations to face Leicester City on Thursday.
Last week, Spurs' Europa Conference League home clash against Rennes was cancelled and UEFA confirmed the match could not be rescheduled.
Their home fixture against Brighton - which was due to be played on Sunday in north London - was also postponed amid the coronavirus crisis at the club.
It means Conte's preparations for the busy festive schedule have been severely disrupted.
On Sunday, it was revealed that Manchester United and Aston Villa had become the latest Premier League clubs to be hit by COVID outbreaks.
United have now had positive lateral flow tests returned on a number of players and staff.
It's understood that the entire squad who travelled to Norwich tested negative beforehand, but there were a small number of positive tests among players and staff on Sunday.
The Premier League have been informed, but the status of the Brentford match is currently unclear.
Aston Villa have also suffered an outbreak and cancelled training on Sunday as a result.
Of their cases, it's reported that only one is a player.
As such, they are likely to train as normal on Monday and their match against Norwich on Tuesday is expected to go ahead as planned.
