Tuesday will be a key day for Chelsea and Trevoh Chalobah.

Bayern Munich want the Blues academy graduate and talkSPORT understands he is open to linking up with his former boss, Thomas Tuchel.

Negotiations will continue this week ahead of deadline day.

Chelsea, though, are also interested in Arsenal's Emile Smith Rowe and the Gunners ARE WILLING to sell the midfielder.

The 23-year-old has not been a regular starter under manager Mikel Arteta, however, The Times reports he has been offered to another unnamed Premier League side.

Arsenal have a agreed a deal to sell Folarin Balogun to Monaco.

The 22-year-old is heading to the south of France for £34m on Tuesday, writes transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano to complete a permanent move after three years as an Arsenal player, though he joined the club as a child in 2012.

It is thought the Premier League side will include a significant sell-on clause and now, all that is left to do is complete the medical.

Last season Balogun scored 21 goals during a loan at fellow Ligue 1 side Reims.

Four names are on their radar - Marc Cucurella, Marcos Alonso, Sergio Reguilon and Nicolas Tagliafico, the latter of whom played for Erik ten Hag at Ajax.

The Telegraph, meanwhile, suggest Tottenham's Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is among their midfield transfer targets.

Chelsea defender Trevor Chalobah is open to joining Bayern Munich, talkSPORT understands.

Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel is pushing to sign Chalobah and provisional talks have been held between the two clubs.

talkSPORT revealed earlier this summer that Chelsea were willing to offload Chalobah but prefer a permanent move to a loan.

Despite Liverpool's 'not for sale' stance, Al Ittihad are preparing to make an offer to sign Mohamed Salah this week.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp insisted last week that the Egypt international is not for sale but talkSPORT understands Al Ittihad are readying a bid worth €100million (£85.9m) plus €50m (£43m).

It would make Salah the most expensive Saudi Pro League signing of all time - breaking the record only set earlier this month when Neymar joined Al Hilal for £69m.

talkSPORT also understands that Salah would earn around as much as Al Nassr's Ronaldo at Al Ittihad, taking into account all earning opportunities.

Wolves are considering a move for Leicester striker Kelechi Iheanacho, talkSPORT understands.

Leicester, who got relegated from the Premier League last season, value Iheanacho at £20million.

Wolves could lose midfielder Matheus Nunes before Friday night's deadline in the summer transfer window - the Portuguese going on strike as he looks to seal a move to Manchester City.

An offer of £47million from City was rejected by Wolves last week. It's understood Wolves value Nunes at £60m.

Brentford have submitted a club-record £40million bid as they look to hijack Tottenham's move for Brennan Johnson, talkSPORT understands.

Spurs begun talks with Nottingham Forest as they look to sign a forward before the summer transfer window deadline on Friday night.

Ange Postecoglou's side are keen to add depth in their attacking department following Harry Kane's move to Bayern Munich and Johnson is a player the former Celtic boss is keen on.

But Brentford, who are understood to have placed a £40m offer for Johnson last summer, have joined the race by submitting another £40m bid. Negotiations are continuing.

Chelsea have now accepted an offer from Roma to loan Romelu Lukaku, talkSPORT understands.

The Italian side have agreed to pay a £5million loan fee and Lukaku will take a pay-cut of more than £10m a year.

Lukaku re-joined Chelsea in the summer of 2021 for a then club-record £97.5m deal but he's struggled for form in his second spell at Stamford Bridge.

Manchester United are considering a surprise move for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, it has been reported.

The Daily Telegraph reports that Man United have been offered the chance to open talks with over Hojbjerg, who Spurs are willing to sell before Friday's deadline.

Atletico Madrid had a bid of £30million accepted earlier in the summer for the 28-year-old but the move collapsed after a failure to agree personal terms.

Portuguese striker Beto has signed his Everton contract, talkSPORT understands.

The 25-year-old has passed his medical with the Toffees and his £25million move is expected to be announced.

Beto joins Everton from Serie A club Udinese.

Bayern Munich captain Manuel Neuer has returned to training for the first time since breaking his leg last December.

The 37-year-old goalkeeper was on holiday after Germany's exit from the World Cup at the group stage and suffered the injury skiing, forcing him to have surgery.

He was immediately ruled out for the season, with Bayern bringing in Switzerland keeper Yann Sommer during the January window - who has since left to join Inter Milan.

A Bayern statement read: "Manuel Neuer is back with the FC Bayern goalkeeper team on the pitch.

"In Monday morning's training session for the players who didn't start against FC Augsburg on Sunday, the 37-year-old captain completed a session with his goalkeeping colleagues for the first time since breaking his lower right leg.

"Neuer has been sidelined since sustaining the injury in December 2022 but has now taken the next step on the comeback trail."

James Maddison has recommended Leicester left-back Luke Thomas to Leeds boss Daniel Farke, talkSPORT understands.

As talkSPORT reported last Monday, Thomas is keen to play first-team football. He's yet to feature for Leicester under Enzo Maresca, despite returning to the club as a winner of the Under-21 European Championship with England in the summer.

Callum Doyle and James Justin appear to be ahead of Thomas in the pecking order for the left-back position at Leicester. Victor Kristiansen is also set to leave ahead of Friday's deadline.

Maddison, who left relegated Leicester to join Tottenham in June, knows Farke well from his time playing under the German at Norwich.

Leicester may favour a permanent deal for Thomas, who has a year left on his current contract.

Matheus Nunes has gone on strike to try and force through a move from Wolves to Manchester City, talkSPORT understands.

The Portuguese midfielder has been refusing to train with Wolves since the back end of last week.

Wolves are demanding at least £60million to sell Nunes after rejecting City's opening offer of £47m last week.

Tottenham need to offload stars this week and manager Ange Postecoglou has given an update on a potential sale.

Midfielder Tanguy Ndombele had looked to be getting a fresh start in north London but already looks to be way down the pecking order

And Postecoglou admits a deal to sell the Frenchman is a possibility.

He said: "Tanguy is in a boat with a few other guys. I said the other day that we've got five or six players more than we can name on a list.

"All these things come down to decisions that people make, whether it's individual players, whether it's myself. We've got four or five in that boat. I'm sure this week those kind of things will work themselves out.

"He's still training. He's working hard at training.

"But that midfield area, we're going really well at the minute. You saw the guys who started today, Skippy's been really good, Pierre and Gio have been training well. It's been pretty competitive in that area.

"I think this week a lot of those things I expect to get resolved."

Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay is now a target for Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.

According to Bild, the Scottish star is under consideration as they look to land a No.6.

Transfer chiefs for the Bavarians are reportedly working on a deal with the Red Devils.

It would represent a second Premier League raid by Bayern Munich who signed Harry Kane from Tottenham earlier this summer.

Romelu Lukaku's Chelsea nightmare looks set for a temporary end with a loan deal to Roma on the cards.

And to help push through the deal the Belgian striker is ready to take a huge pay cut.

Lukaku is currently earning £325,000-a-week at Chelsea landing him earn around £17million a year but Roma are only able to hand him €7.5m.

And he may well reduce his salary on his Blues contract in a bid to facilitate the switch that would reunite him with Jose Mourinho for the rest of the season.

Roma officials have been in London all weekend in a bid to come to an agreement with minor details left to hammer out.
