The Reds have endured a tough season so far, with last season's FA Cup and Carabao Cup winners set to go trophyless.

However, the club have already set their sights on the next campaign with the release of their new home strip.
In the promotional pictures Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz can be seen in the kit that this time features a white collar.

It is inspired by the strip they wore when they won the FA Cup in 1974, the last season that legendary Bill Shankly was manager.
On their website, Liverpool said: "An iconic kit reimagined, it's a classic design in bright Liverpool red with white contrast collar and cuffs inspired by Shankly's 1973-74 squad of FA Cup winners."
Fans are excited to see their new strip, but others were more keen for the Reds to announce Alexis Mac Allister's arrival.
On Twitter, one supporter simply said: "Announce Mac Allister."

"I can see MacAllister in those shirt," added another.
A third tweeted: "Now show me Mac Allister in it."
talkSPORT understands that Liverpool are stepping up their interest in the Brighton star ahead of the summer.

The 24-year-old scored a stoppage-time winner for the Seagulls against Manchester United on Thursday night to take them one step closer to Europe.
However, he could be set to play on the continental stage anyway should he sign for Liverpool.
Jurgen Klopp's side sit 5th in the Premier League table with four games left to play.

Champions League football may still be a long shot for the Reds, but they look set for a return to the Europa League.
Their new kit could lead them to another European trophy next season though, especially when its inspiration is from a cup winning campaign.
