It has been revealed that the forward has already been putting in the extra work this summer, in a bid to impress new Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag ahead of the new campaign.
According to the Daily Telegraph, Rashford will travel to the US during the off-season to undergo a 'working holiday' ahead of the Red Devils' pre-season which starts on June 27.
That's along with the hard work he put in during a difficult campaign for him and the team, which included triple training sessions and up to 12 hours a day at the training ground, the report adds.
Rashford missed the first two months of the season after surgery on a shoulder problem and struggled for game time throughout the campaign.
He started just 13 league games, as the club finished sixth and without a trophy for a fifth consecutive year.
But now it appears he is ready to attempt to fulfil his potential, help his boyhood club get back into the top four, and put himself in contention to go to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar with England.
This includes what appears to be some intense gym sessions during his time off, with the United star posting a video on Instagram showing that he's already hard at work.
Some of that has to be put down to Cristiano Ronaldo's return to the club, which appears to have had a positive impact on the likes of Rashford.
The 24-year-old is said to regularly pick the brains of the Portuguese superstar about what he eats and how he can improve his physique.
Youngster Anthony Elanga is another player who has become fitness-obsessed since Ronaldo's arrival and is now one of the most dedicated gym-goers at the club.
Along with his contributions on the pitch, it's no surprise that Ronaldo is having a positive impact off of it, too.
