During the week, he appeared at a Q&A session ahead of their north London derby against Arsenal on Sunday.
As the event appeared to draw to an end, Postecoglou stated that there was enough time for one final question.
"No, no, we've got one more question, this young man in front. He's got the best question," he said in reference to Owen, who has Down Syndrome.
Owen asked Postecoglou about the current season and was visibly joyed at being given the opportunity to do so.
It was a moment that went viral on social media and saw the Spurs boss gain admiration from not just his own fans but those of rival clubs too.

In response to Owen, Postecoglou said: 'We'll do our best, everybody involved in the football club.
"My side, Robert's [Vilahamn, Spurs Women's boss] side, Beth [England], Sonny [Heung-min Son]. I think we've all said tonight, we understand what it means to all of you.
