Antonio Conte's ten-man side were beaten by the lowest-ranked team in the Europa Conference League, suffering one of the most embarrassing nights in their history.
Ryan Sessegnon saw red on 31 minutes and Amadej Marosa scored a stoppage-time winner after Harry Kane had earlier cancelled out Tomi Horvat's opener.
Even with ten men, most would expect Spurs to overcome a team who are mid-table in Slovenia and previously without a point in the competition.
Especially considering Conte fielded an XI full of Premier League regulars like Dele Alli, Tanguy Ndombele, Matt Doherty and Davinson Sanchez.
However, O'Hara insists those four players don't deserve to wear a Spurs shirt and suggests Kane must be embarrassed playing alongside them.
"Wow. What a disgrace of a performance," O'Hara told The Sports Bar after reporting on the match for Sky Sports News.
"I honestly don't know how I didn't swear on TV - because it was shocking. It was so bad. The players were a disgrace."
He added: "I want to say this. Some of those players don't deserve to wear a Spurs shirt.
"Doherty, Sanchez, Ndombele, Alli. All of them. Disgrace!
"Sessegnon got sent off after half an hour, I've not seen enough of him to know if he can even play.
"Kane scored and he must be standing there thinking, 'Why am I playing in this game with these players?'"
The defeat led Tottenham boss Conte to admit the quality at Spurs is worse than he thought, but O'Hara went a step further.
He continued: "We made them look good. The performance, the hunger, the desire, the determination.
"Just put on a Spurs shirt and want to go out there and play well for your team. That's non-existent in some of them.
"They've seen off three managers: Mauricio Pochettino, Jose Mourinho and Nuno Espirito Santo. These players have been there the whole time and seen them off.
"Conte comes in now and there's no excuses. It's now on the players and it's shocking."
