Mohamed Salah equalled a Liverpool record that had stood unmatched for over three decades after netting in the Reds 2-1 win over AC Milan on Tuesday night.
Former Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori had stabbed the Serie A giants into a shock lead at the San Siro before Salah drew the Reds level with a pinpoint finish. Divock Origi nodded home shortly after the break to complete the turnaround.
And by doing so, Salah became the first Liverpool player to net more than 20 goals in five consecutive seasons since Ian Rush managed the feat between 1981 and 1987.
The Egyptian has taken his game to another level since arriving at Anfield from Roma back in 2017.
Despite failing to set the world alight during a stint with Chelsea, Salah has emerged as one of the Premier League 's most prolific finishers during his time at Anfield.

Salah's strike against Milan also means that the 29-year-old has netted 11 times in the Reds last 11 European games.
His sensational form this year has led to many labelling the Liverpool talisman as the best player in the world - with Ballon d'Or winner Lionel Messi recently admitting that he expects Salah to win the coveted golden ball himself in the near future.
Although Salah has sparkled on the pitch this year, his long-term future on Merseyside remains uncertain.
It's been well-documented this year that Salah and the Liverpool hierarchy have been unable to come to terms on a new deal for the potent forward.
If that doesn't change then there will be no shortage of suitors for the Reds magician.
Salah admitted after the Reds' last-gasp 1-0 win over Wolves at the weekend that he wanted to stay at the club but that the "decision is in the hands of the management and they have to solve this issue".
His plea was put to Reds' boss Jurgen Klopp, who moved to cool any concerns over the record-breaking striker's future.
"You know what exactly what it's about," the Reds boss said.
"We are talking. Extending a contract with a player like Mo is not a thing you do and you meet for a cup of tea in the afternoon and find an agreement. That's completely normal.
"There's really nothing else to say about [it]. Mo speaks about it when he gets asked about it. I can only say a few things because all the rest is not for the public obviously.
"But I'm not sure if he gave the interview in English or if it got translated from Arabic into English, that is a massive issue, how we saw in the last few days again - really a lot of things can happen when somebody tries to do that.
"Mo is fine, I'm fine. I think what we all want is clear and things like this need time, that's it."
