The 21-year-old was in impressive form for Barcelona during the 2023-24 campaign, scoring 11 goals and registering one assist in 42 appearances in all competitions.
Fermin has another three years left to run on his deal at Camp Nou, but there has recently been speculation surrounding his future, with Man United thought to be keen.
The Red Devils are allegedly willing to part with around £25m to sign the midfielder this summer.
However, Fermin, who is currently with the Spain squad at the Euro 2024, has said that he is 'only thinking about Barcelona' and would not be interested in discussing a switch to another club.
Man United have been linked with Fermin's services
"I don't read the press, it doesn't interest me much. The important thing is that I want to be at Barca and that I only think about Barca. Nothing else," he told journalists Manu Amor and Alfredo Matilla.
Fermin starred while on loan at Linares during the 2022-23 campaign, scoring 12 times in all competitions, which led to him being brought into the Barcelona first team last summer.
The midfielder was a surprise inclusion in the Spain squad for Euro 2024, having only played 29 minutes of international football ahead of the competition.
However, he featured as a late substitute in his country's 1-0 victory over Albania last time out and will now be hoping to take to the field in the last-16 stage of the tournament against Georgia on Sunday.
Which other midfielders are Man United being linked with?
It has long been said that Joao Neves is Man United's leading midfield target this summer, but as it stands, it seems that the club will be priced out of a move for the Benfica midfielder.
Indeed, the Portugal international has a €120m (£101.8m) release clause in his current deal, meaning that Man United may be forced to pursue other targets.
Atalanta BC's Teun Koopmeiners, Sporting Lisbon's Morten Hjulmand, West Ham United's Edson Alvarez and Juventus' Adrien Rabiot have all been linked with moves to Old Trafford.
The club are also said to be tracking Paris Saint-Germain's Manuel Ugarte, while a recent report claimed that Bayern Munich's Joshua Kimmich remains of interest to the 20-time English champions.
