The 15-time winners suffered no fresh injury blows in Saturday's 1-1 La Liga draw with Atletico Madrid, meaning that Antonio Rudiger (thigh), Dani Carvajal (knee), Eder Militao (knee) and David Alaba (muscle) remain their only absentees.
However, all of Jude Bellingham, Aurelien Tchouameni, Endrick, Eduardo Camavinga and Luka Modric are on two yellow cards in the UCL, meaning that they will be banned for the second leg if they are booked on Tuesday.
Ancelotti himself is in the same boat, but the Italian is sure to disregard such fears when it comes to team selection, as Bellingham operates in the heart of an unchanged attacking quartet.
Kylian Mbappe leads the line fresh from rescuing a point against Atletico, while Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo have had a direct hand in 10 Champions League goals against Man City between them - five contributions apiece.
Camavinga returned from injury off the bench in Saturday's Madrid derby and could now replace Dani Ceballos to start alongside Federico Valverde in the middle, while Ferland Mendy has been a regular in the Champions League and should come in for Fran Garcia at left-back too.
Ancelotti has fewer options for change elsewhere in defence, though, so Tchouameni, Raul Asencio and Lucas Vazquez should all reprise their roles in front of Thibaut Courtois.
Real Madrid possible starting lineup:
Courtois; Vazquez, Tchouameni, Asencio, Mendy; Camavinga, Valverde; Rodrygo, Bellingham, Vinicius Junior; Mbappe
