Maddison jokes with Leicester teammate Thomas after stopping Salah in win

The 20-year-old left-back was part of a defence that became the third team in the league this season to prevent the Liverpool forward from scoring as the Foxes secured a memorable 1-0 victory over Jurgen Klopp's side.

Up against the most inform player in the league, Leicester City academy product Thomas had a superb evening stopping Salah from adding to his 15 goals in 19 games season.

The rebound was also missed as Liverpool succumbed to their second defeat of the season leaving them six points behind leaders Man City who could extend that lead to nine with a win against Brentford.
