On Friday, August 5 at 8pm, Crystal Palace host Arsenal in the first game, while Manchester City will begin their title defence after all their rivals have played, at 4.30pm on Sunday, August 7.
All eyes are likely to be on Haaland, City's blockbuster summer signing, to see if he hits the ground running against West Ham.
The 21-year-old moved from Borussia Dortmund in a £51million summer deal.
Liverpool responded by signing Darwin Nunez from Benfica - a deal that will likely break their transfer record.
And Jurgen Klopp's side, who ran City so close last season, will go to Fulham in the Saturday lunchtime match, with new signing Fabio Carvalho up against his old club.
Old Trafford will get to see new Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag first as the Dutchman opens his maiden season in England at home to Brighton on Sunday.
There are likely to be plenty more big summer signings before the campaign starts.
Man United are yet to show their teeth in the transfer market since Ten Hag's arrival, having been linked to a number of names, while Arsenal are poised to make their moves.
There will also be huge anticipation for Nottingham Forest, Fulham and Bournemouth, who are back in the Premier League.
Forest, back in the top flight for the first time since 1999, begin at ambitious Newcastle, while Bournemouth host Aston Villa.
Rounding off Saturday is Frank Lampard welcoming former club Chelsea to Goodison Park.
It will be a unique season, with a break at the midway point as the World Cup takes place over winter for the first time.
There will be no Premier League games after the weekend of November 12/13 until December 26, when the top-flight action resumes.
