Jude Bellingham

Liverpool have been dealt a hammer blow with the latest reports claiming they will miss out on the England international.

The 19-year-old has long been the club's and Klopp's priority this summer and his unavailability last year was thought to be the reason Liverpool failed to strengthen in their midfield.

However, despite Liverpool reportedly leading the chase, they are unable to compete financially with both Manchester City and Real Madrid, who are also tracking the Borussia Dortmund star.

In addition to the high costs, Dortmund are in no obligation to sell Bellingham who is under contract until 2025.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic

Liverpool will now be forced to turn their attentions to other midfield targets, with Lazio's captain a possible alternative.

The Reds are keeping tabs on Milinkovic-Savic with with his current contract set to expire next year, according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.

The Serbian is yet to put pen to paper on a new deal and has long been linked with a switch to the Premier League.

The report adds that is Milinkovic-Savic reluctant to leave the Serie A outfit on a free transfer in 2024 and a figure in the region of £44 million could be enough to tempt Lazio to sell this summer.

Mason Mount

Liverpool's pursuit of the Chelsea midfielder has been handed a boost, after Mount was revealed to have hired a new agent.

The England midfielder is out of contract at Stamford Bridge in 2024 and talks over a new deal have stalled.

With the Blues reluctant to let Mount enter the final year of his contract, a summer exit looks increasingly likely.

Now, the 24-year-old has hinted his future lies elsewhere by appointing Neil Fewings from Roof to handle his affairs.

Former Liverpool defender Jose Enrique has claimed the Bayern Munich midfielder is close to signing for the club.

The 20-year-old swapped Ajax for the Bundesliga champions last summer but has struggled to impress boss Julian Nagelsmann, having started just four of his 24 appearances this season.

Talking on a livestream, the Spanish defender was asked about Gravenberch and said: "This player is ours, amigo… he said 'yeah'."

Enrique explained that the pair share the same representatives and revealed talks had taken place. "It's the same agent as me, team Raiola," he said. "We had a meeting not long ago in London, this is our player."

His verdict was backed up by reports from Fichajes, that claimed Klopp is hell-bent on signing Gravenberch in the summer.

Mohamed Salah

The Egyptian's agent has seemingly rubbished reports that the Liverpool star is open to a departure away from Anfield this summer.

Reports in Spain had claimed Salah was eyeing a switch to the LaLiga having felt the time is right to leave the Reds.

However, Salah's outspoken agent Ramy Abbas has shut down the rumours.

Replying directly to the French journalist who wrote the story, the agent said: "Where did you get this from if not even Mohamed and I discussed this? Please tell us."
