The home side have been blighted by recent injuries with Ricardo Pereira joining star midfielder Youri Tielemans on the sidelines.
Brendan Rodgers said: "Youri is still a little bit of time away, but progressing well. He may be within the next couple of weeks.
"Ricardo won't be available. That hamstring is lingering a little bit, so he'll be out for a few weeks also. We'll continue to monitor that. Otherwise, the squad is the same."
James Justin and Wesley Fofana are the other notables absentees for the Foxes as both navigate their returns from long lay-offs.
Legia meanwhile are missing Josue through suspension and veteran goalkeeper Artur Boruc is yet to overcome a back problem.
Bartosz Kapustka has missed out on a reunion with his old side having spent four years at Leicester due to a knee injury he suffered back in July.
