Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc insists Jude Bellingham's development is "far from over" amid interest from Liverpool and Manchester United.
The teenage sensation has continued to grow in Germany, having signed with the Bundesliga outfit last summer.
Bellingham rose to prominence at Birmingham City and was of interest to United, but they lost out in the race for his signautre.
Their interest remains however and they convinced Jadon Sancho to swap Germany for England earlier this year.
Central midfield is an area Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs to strengthen whilst Liverpool too have been credited with interest.
Dortmund, who could lose Erling Haaland this summer when his release clause becomes active, are confident Bellingham will stay put, having turned down other offers to join them.

Zorc told Sport Bild: "When we signed Jude last year, many top clubs were interested in him. He consciously chose BVB and the concept we presented to him. His development at Dortmund is far from over."
Bellingham has gone from strength to strength in Germany, imposing himself and winning man of the match awards in Champions League games.
This term he has again improved and is only one goal shy of his tally for the whole last season.
Bellingham already has nine goal involvements in 16 games with Dortmund looking to progress in Europe.
Germany has proven to be an excellent environment for young players to prosper and Zorc believes the 18-year-old has again, gone, up a level.
He added: "He is very clear-headed and has a very good environment, which helps him to handle his rapid development in just the right way.
"The fact that Jude is already showing such consistency in his performances was not to be expected when we signed him," added the Dortmund boss.
"Especially in recent months, he has made another leap forward and is now an extremely important player."
Messi and Ronaldo's time will soon end, but who is set to be their heir apparent?
Bellingham only signed a new contract in the summer, but he is expected to return to England later in his career.
The Sun claimed previously that United's efforts during their battle with Dortmund has put them in pole position.
The Red Devils tried to woo the midfielder and introduced him to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Sir Alex Ferguson as they attempted to sign the teenage sensation.
If Bellingham were to leave Dortmund it is thought they would have the upper hand over their rivals.
