The Red Devils suffered a 3-0 home defeat to the Cherries, who are flying high after four wins in their last five league games.
Dominic Solanke, Philip Biling and Marcos Senesi all got on the scoresheet to stun the football world as they embarrassed Man United and further dampened their current woes.
But whilst supporters up and down the country were left raising their eyebrows upon seeing the full-time result, one man had predicted that the game was always going to go that way.
Arsenal legend Ian Wright was alongside fellow Premier League greats Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher and Roy Keane to give his prediction for the game on the Stick to Football podcast.
"I don't think United are beating Bournemouth," Wright said, shaking his head.

Keane, uncharacteristically lost for words, stared at him in disbelief.
"What?!" Neville was heard saying off camera.
But despite the protests, Wright doubled down on his view, saying: "I don't."
"You fancied Everton beat United!" Keane joked, referring to the Red Devils' 3-0 win over the Toffees last month.
