Carlos Tevez admits he is struggling to find the desire to continue playing football late in his career.
The Argentine striker, now 37, was a star at both Manchester clubs during his time in England whilst also enjoying success in Italy with Juventus.
He was regarded by many as one of the best forwards in the game when he was at the peak of his powers.
After cutting short his third spell at Boca Juniors in June, where he first established himself, Tevez concedes his mindset has changed with other things now taking priority.
He has yet to announce his retirement, but is enjoying his time away from the game.
Tevez told ESPN: "I don't feel the desire to be there when the ball is rolling. On Saturday I had a wedding while Boca were playing and inside I thought that, if I were playing, I'd be missing the wedding.

Carlos Tevez is struggling to find the motivation to keep playing
"If that result (a 1-0 defeat to Gimnasia) happened like that, I wouldn't go because I'd be angry and I wouldn't take any photos or have a drink; everyone would say Boca lost and Tevez was out partying. Football is like that.
"Am I thinking about coming back? All my friends and family ask me, but I don't know where to start. Right now I am enjoying the moment."
Tevez returned to Boca in 2015, but left to spend two years in China with Shanghai Shenhua before heading back for a third spell.
He admits he contemplates returning but is struggling for the motivation.
"You start to wonder but in the meantime I am taking care of myself," Tevez added.
"I would like something to grab my interest and motivate me or which brings something out of me, but right now, every time I watch Juventus, Boca or a team I've played for.
"I look inside myself for that fire to motivate myself to play for six months or a year longer and I can't find it.'
Tevez has often been outspoken and hit out at living in Manchester upon his departure, claiming he would never return.

He also refused to come on as a sub during a City Champions League game at Bayern Munich which saw him cast out for several months before he returned to assist in the club's 2012 Premier League win.
The Argentine has no real appetite to pay attention to football, insisting he would rather watch the golf.
He said: "If Barcelona-Real Madrid is on, I change the channel to watch golf. I was never a football fanatic. I like to have the ball between my feet."
