The England captain is on a disastrous three-game losing streak with the German giants adding a 3-2 defeat to minnows Bochum to leave their title hopes hanging by a thread.
In their last Bundesliga game, they were thumped 3-0 by Bayer Leverkusen, who now hold an eight-point league-lead with 12 games to play.
In between those fixtures there was a last 16 Champions League clash against Lazio, which they also lost, 1-0 away in Rome.
The three results could see Bayern end the season trophyless for the first time in 12 years, and it could also cause an early exit for Thomas Tuchel.
And there's a common theme to make things even worse for former Tottenham man Kane.

The Leverkusen defeat saw former Arsenal star Granit Xhaka put in a Man of the Match display, as he has done for much of the season to leave Bayern in shock.
The second featured another ex-Gunner, Matteo Guendouzi, taking home the UEFA Man of the Match award after bossing the midfield.
And the third, against Bochum, saw another former Emirates employee, Takuma Asano, score the equalising goal.
All three players had difficult stints at Arsenal, with Xhaka and Guendouzi regularly frustrating fans, while Asano never made an appearance.

However, all three now definitely have something in common, the love of Gunners fans everywhere if they can leave their former rival without any silverware.
Kane, 30, is yet to win a professional trophy in his career, despite his astonishing scoring record.
Moving to Bayern in the summer in a £100million move from Spurs, he picked a club where silverware is as close to guaranteed as you can get in European football.
With 11-straight Bundesliga titles to their name, Bayern began the season with a 3-0 DFL Super Cup defeat to Leipzig on Kane's debut.
Later they were knocked out of the DFB Pokal by third tier Saarbrucken, and it now looks like the Champions League is their only route to glory this season.
