The Toffees were handed a 10-point deduction over the international break, plunging them into the Premier League relegation zone.
Now, in reaction to the decision, Toffees fans have sent a three-word message to the Premier League.
The banner flying over the Etihad as Man City and Liverpool faced off read: "Premier League = Corrupt".
The message was followed by Everton hashtags 'UTFT' and 'EFC'.
Everton were punished by the league for breaching their Financial Fair Play rules.

The top-flight's profit and sustainability rules are strict regulations that must be adhered to and an independent panel found Everton guilty of breaking these.
The club was referred to the panel in March 2023, and they met last month to discuss the findings.
From 2018 to 2021, Everton posted losses of £372m, which is well over the £250m allowed every three years.
The club strongly deny breaking the Premier League's rules and blame the losses on their new stadium at Bramley Moore Dock.

The Toffees don't feel that a sporting sanction is fair and will attempt to use previous examples, such as fines handed out to the clubs that tried to join the European Super League, to appeal against their punishment.
Whilst Man City and Liverpool face off at the Etihad on Saturday, Everton face City's local rivals Man United at Goodison Park on Sunday.
The Toffees will be looking to start their climb out of the relegation zone, with them currently sat in 19th and two points off safety.
