Clubs played one more fixture in their groups this evening before the top two teams from each pool will progress to the next round.
Of course they'll be joined by the eight third-placed teams from the Champions League groups but in a new format the draw will be shaped differently as the competition moves into 2022.
West Ham have already progressed to the next round, while Rangers have also made it through.
The same can't be said for Celtic and Leicester City, however, who drop into the Europa Conference League.
