The Belgian oozed class and provided some spectacular moments that will be etched forever in our memories after he announced his shock retirement at just 32.
He played for Lille, Chelsea, Real Madrid and the Belgium national team.
He could play anywhere across the front four, but it was as a left winger where he caused the most carnage.
Despite retiring a couple of months after being released by Real Madrid, he should be more than proud of what he's achieved.

From there, his first Premier League medal followed in 2015 along with a Carabao Cup title under Jose Mourinho.
Hazard was that good, he was named the PFA Players' Player of the Year and FWA Player of the Year for 2015.
He then played a key role during the 2016/17 season as Antonio Conte's side won the league and FA Cup before turning in a magical display on his final Chelsea appearance to win the Europa League again in 2019.
The Blues beat Arsenal 4-1 and Hazard scored twice.
Then Real Madrid came calling, and he was expected to pick up where he left off.
Unfortunately, injuries impacted Hazard at Madrid, but he still walked away with seven trophies, including two LaLiga titles and a Champions League medal.

The winger went on to make 194 appearances for the French side, scoring 53 goals and setting up a further 50.

He moved to Chelsea, and the rest is history.
By the time he left the club seven years later, the forward had made 352 appearances for the Blues, scored 110 times and provided a staggering 92 assists.
His first year proved to be one of only two seasons in which he didn't score ten or more in the Premier League.

Then in 2014/15, he played every single Premier League game and contributed to 38 goals as the Blues claimed the title.
The year after was very poor by his standards as the Blues struggled to a tenth-placed finish, but he did score the goal that won Leicester the league during a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge with Tottenham.
His final year under Maurizio Sarri was Hazard's best on a personal level as he dragged the Blues into the top four with 16 goals and 15 assists.
Hazard then got his move to Real Madrid and injuries limited his impact.
By the time he left, he managed 76 appearances, scoring seven goals and getting 12 assists.
Internationally, Hazard was one of the leaders of Belgium's golden generation, scoring 33 goals and setting up 36.
