Cristiano Ronaldo has yet to link up with his Manchester United teammates this pre-season with the forward reportedly eager to leave the club.

The Portuguese forward provided an update on his fitness on Saturday but the timing of it indicates that his mind is far from Manchester United, given that it was posted during his current side's friendly match against Crystal Palace.

Ronaldo uploaded a photo of himself at the gym and although it's a clear indication that he is in great shape ahead of the new season, the fact that he was seemingly not watching or unbothered by his team playing a friendly match shows his priorities lie elsewhere.

United ended up surrendering a 2-0 lead against Crystal Palace, with the equalising goal coming late in stoppage time.

The former Real Madrid forward wants to join a Champions League team although offers have not been rolling in.
