The fan could then be heard yelling: "W******!"

But Dublin eased the tension with a hilarious quip.

Perhaps the fan was still angry with Tottenham's midweek performance against Liverpool in the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final tie.

Mathys Tel netted late on for the visitors to spark a nervy finish, but Villa held on to progress to the fifth round of the FA Cup for the first time in a decade.

Villa also handed out debuts to Marcus Rashford and Marco Asensio as the pair entered the contest midway through the second half.

Although neither got on the scoresheet, both showed numerous glimpses of their immense quality and no doubt left the Villa supporters excited for more.
