To add insult into injury for Spurs fans, the Blues legend revealed a hilarious joke that took the name of the club's old ground and replaced it with three damming words.
Lampard thoroughly enjoyed playing against Spurs at White Hart Lane and in 12 games at for the Blues, he amassed five wins and found the net four times.
Speaking to Man United legend Gary Neville on his YouTube channel The Overlap, Lampard couldn't help himself when talking about his old rivals.
"Tottenham", Lampard said when asked what his favourite away ground was, "We used to beat them a lot."
Neville further piled on the misery when he backed up Lampard's statement by saying, "We all did."
Lampard continued: "Chelsea had a thing from before I came to the club where they called it 'Three Point Lane' rather than White Hart Lane and they used to go there and win."
Even after Lampard had retired, he was still enjoying success as a manager when he oversaw his side to a 2-0 triumph at the club's new ground at the first attempt.
The wins and laughs never seemed to end for the Blues and fans were keen to stress that whenever Spurs did achieve a rare victory, it would be a nightmare for them because they'd make 'DVDs of it for the next 10 years'.
