The Spaniard was named as part of Mauricio Pochettino's backroom team following his appointment as the Blues' boss over the summer.
However just four months later, the 42-year-old has been ushered out of the exit door.
It's understood that he left his position several weeks ago.
Saltor first moved to west London as part of Graham Potter's coaching team when he was appointed just over a year ago.
But after Potter was sacked in April, Saltor was kept on by the club and even led the first team until Frank Lampard was named interim boss until the end of the season.

Saltor's exit was not officially communicated by Chelsea, with the club deciding against making any sort of public announcement.
The former defender played for Almeria and Valencia during his playing career, before spending seven years as a first team star with Brighton.
Saltor made 235 appearances for the Seagulls and played a key role in helping them to secure promotion to the Premier League, before retaining their top flight status.
It was Brighton who gave him his first break into coaching, working as a senior player development coach under Potter, before joining him at Chelsea in September 2022.
