Richards is always keen to flex his style and swagger on punditry duties for CBS Sports Golazo in the Champions League.
Earlier in the year, the former Man City star revealed he has a haircut three times a week and even flew his barber out to the World Cup for regular trims.
Richards' hair always remains in immaculate condition, but it didn't stop Loftus-Cheek from cracking a joke about it.
After AC Milan's 2-1 win over Paris Saint-Germain, the former Chelsea star spoke to the CBS team.
"Your haircut's looking fly man, almost as good as mine," said Richards before Loftus-Cheek replied: "Yeah yeah, I told my barber I want the 'Micah Richards.'"

The former Manchester City defender was left speechless and his co-pundit Carragher let out a belting laugh at the cheeky comment.
It comes as no surprise that Loftus-Cheek was in good spirits given how well he played against PSG on Tuesday night.
He was a dominant force in the midfield as Milan won their first game in this season's Champions League 'Group of Death'.
