The Gunners are five points clear at the top of the table and they will soon return to action after the World Cup came to an end.
They haven't lost a league game since September and will be hoping that they can continue their form after the break.
Despite their success, there have still been calls for new signings to bolster the team and give them the best chance of lifting the trophy.

So, talkSPORT.com has taken a look at the latest news and rumours surrounding possible Arsenal signings.
Mykhaylo Mudryk
The Shakhtar Donetsk winger is Arsenal's top target heading into the January transfer window.
Mudryk has made a name for himself in Ukraine and has shown his talent in Europe, scoring against Celtic in the Champions League earlier this year.

According to The Athletic, he is focused on joining the Gunners with there being a good chance of him arriving in north London.
Although with a price tag of a reported £85.9 million, Arteta will have to be sure that he is the man he wants.
Sofyan Amrabat and Azzedine Ounahi

After a superb World Cup campaign, many of Morocco's players will be attracting the interest of Europe's top clubs.
Two who stood out the most were midfielders Sofyan Amrabat and Azzedine Ounahi and Arsenal legend Ray Parlour has called for the Gunners to sign them.
Following their outstanding performances, Parlour told talkSPORT: "Ounahi, the No.8, he is different class.
"Would I take him at Arsenal? Definitely! With that performance and what I've seen of him in this tournament, he's not fazed by big games, the biggest game for his country maybe ever.

"He just looked so comfortable, he was always on the half-turn and looking to probe and try to get balls in behind the full-backs.
"Amrabat, he's a player, too. If I was Arsenal I'd be looking at him. Central midfield, he can get his foot in. A very good player."
Youri Tielemans

Arsenal have had a long-term interest in Leicester's Youri Tielemans and could swoop this January.
The midfielder is out of contract at the end of the season, meaning that the Gunners can make contact next month to possibly negotiate a pre-contract deal.
CBS reported Ben Jacobs has previously said that Tielemans has 'his heart set on Arsenal', leaving Arteta in co in a prime position to approach the Belgian.
Leicester are likely to accept an offer this winter to help prevent losing their key man on a free next summer.

Danilo
Young Palmeiras star Danilo is on Arsenal's radar ahead of the January transfer window.
The 21-year-old has already won the Copa Libertadores twice and has played a huge part in his side winning the Brazilian top flight.

He has recently spoken about a possible move away from the club saying: "I see myself mature enough to be able to play in any competition in the world, I'm ready."
Before adding: "But I prefer not to get involved with these transfer issues.
"I told my manager to only talk to me if it's the right thing.
"Then, we sit down and talk to Palmeiras and decide what's best for everyone."

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic
Arsenal have reportedly opened talks to sign Lazio midfielder Milinkovic-Savic.
He has been linked to the Gunners and Manchester United previously but a move to the Premier League has never materialised.

However, Milinkovic-Savic could be on the move soon with the Serbian not looking to sign a new deal to remain in Serie A, according to Relevo.
Lazio value him at £69-87 million but if he is to let his contract run down to one year remaining in the summer, this price could reduce.
