Sinisterra, who plays for Eredivisie side Feyenoord, has caught the attention of the Gunners with a stellar season in the Netherlands.
The young winger has been on fire this season with 18 goals and 11 assists in all competitions, helping his club reach their current position of third in the Eredivisie.
Mikel Arteta's side are not the only ones attracted by the rising star's brilliant form, though, with Atletico Madrid, Napoli and Bayern Leverkusen also throwing their hat in the ring to sign him in the summer.
According to Italian news outlet Corriere dello Sport, the left winger is yet to make any commitments, though, and is expected to be worth £12.5million with his contract expiring in 2024.
It is also understood that Napoli see Sinisterra as a potential replacement for captain Lorenzo Insigne who is heading for Major League Soccer side Toronto FC in July.
But, whilst the Gunners face fierce competition, Sinisterra has reportedly been learning English.
In addition to this, the Eredivisie star dons the No.7 shirt for his side due to being inspired by Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo, having apparently idolised the Portugal superstar.
Therefore, a move to the Emirates could offer him the opportunity to play against his boyhood hero, should the iconic forward remain at Old Trafford.
These aren't the only advantages the north London side may have, either.
Arsenal's Reiss Nelson is currently on loan at Feyenoord and could well aid in persuading his teammate to come back to London with him in the summer.
