Gyokeres has developed into one of Europe's most prolific strikers since he swapped Coventry City for Sporting Lisbon in the summer of 2023.
The Sweden international racked up 43 goals in 50 competitive appearances during the 2023-24 season, including 29 strikes in 33 league matches.
The 26-year-old has continued to find the net at will in the current campaign, having scored 26 goals in 24 games in all competitions.
As a result of his impressive form, the 26-year-old has drawn significant interest from the likes of Man United and Arsenal.
Gyokeres outlines future plans
It has previously been reported that Man United have held 'concrete talks' over a potential move to reunite Gyokeres with his former Sporting manager at Old Trafford.
Gyokeres opened the door to a potential move away from the Portuguese capital after recently winning the Guldbollen - a award given to the best Swedish footballer in each calendar year.
"We will see," Gyokeres said in quotes picked up Marca. "There are many rumours circulating, but we are in the middle of the season and there are still many months left. We will see when the time comes what will happen."
Gyokeres also outlines his plans to play for one of the biggest clubs in Europe when he was asked about where he sees himself playing at 30 years old.
"Playing for one of the best teams in Europe," the striker replied. "That is the objective."
Who else is targeting Gyokeres?
Man United and Arsenal may be leading the Premier League interest, but they could face competition from other major European clubs.
Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain are among those who have been credited with an interest in the Sporting striker.
PSG are looking to strengthen their forward line, with Randal Kolo Muani believed to be heading towards a January exit.
Barcelona have also been linked with a potential move as they search for a long-term replacement for Robert Lewandowski, who is in the latter stages of his career.
