Illya Shevtsov

Illya Shevtsov (Ukrainian: Ілля Сергійович Шевцов; born 13 April 2000) is a professional Ukrainian football midfielder who plays for Desna Chernihiv.

Club Career

Krystal Kherson

Shevtsov started his professional football career at 15 years playing in the Ukrainian Second League for Krystal Kherson. He made his debut in the Ukrainian Second League in a home game against Real Pharma Odesa coming out as a substitute at the end of the game on 8 August 2015. Earlier on 22 July 2015 Shevtsov also came out as a substitute in the away game against Real Pharma Odesa in the Ukrainian Cup.

Shakhtar Donetsk

In December 2016 he signed with Shakhtar Donetsk where he played for one year for the under-19 team.

Desna 2 Chernihiv

He was noticed by Desna Chernihiv and in 2019 Shevtsov signed with Desna-2 ChernihivOn 13 March 2020 he scored five goals in the match against Lviv 2and in the 2019–20 UPL championship among under-21 team he became a top scorer.

Desna Chernihiv

In summer 2020, Illya Shevtsov was included as the in the main team of Desna Chernihiv against VfL Wolfsburg for the Europa League third qualifying round at the AOK Stadion and played in the second half replacing Pylyp Budkivskyi. On 24 October 2020 he scored his first goal, the winning goal for a 0–2 win against Olimpik Donetsk at the Lobanovsky Dynamo Stadium for the Ukrainian Premier League in the season 2020-21. On 30 January 2021 he scored against KF Shkendija in the second half in the friendly match ended 3-1 for Desna. On 9 February 2021, he scored again in the friendly match against Ventspils in Turkey, ended 2-3 for Ventspils.

Inhulets Petrove (On Loan)

In March 2021 he moved on loan to Inhulets Petrove until the end of the season. He made his debut with the new team against Kolos Kovalivka, replacing Nika SichinavaOn 3 April 2021 he scored his first goal with the new team against Mar
