Ibrahima M'baye

Ibrahima Mbaye (born 19 November 1994) is a professional footballer who plays for Italian club Bologna F.C. 1909. He plays as a right-back.

International Career

Mbaye made his international debut in October 2014 during the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. He was called up by Alain Giresse for the game against Tunisia in Dakar. He was then re-called for the return leg game in Tunis in which Senegal lost 1–0 despite dominating the game. Mbaye earned his third international cap a few weeks later when Senegal faced Egypt in Cairo. They won the game 0–1 and Senegal earned a ticket to the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations competition with only one game left to play which was against Malawi. Mbaye was also called up for that game. He has earned four international caps with Les Lions de la Teranga and is as of now, the youngest Senegalese player to ever wear the national jersey.
