Carlos Pita

Carlos Pita Gonzalez (born 8 December 1984) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for CD Lugo as a midfielder.

Club Career

Pita was born in A Coruna, Galicia. He spent most of his career with CD Lugo after signing with the club in 2010 from CD Guadalajara, achieving promotion to the Segunda Division at the end of the 2011–12 season under Quique Setien and going on to play more than 290 games in that league.

Pita appeared in one La Liga match as a member of Deportivo de La Coruna, coming on as a late substitute for Aldo Duscher in the 1–1 away draw against CD Numancia on 29 May 2005.
