The hosts thrashed Fulham 4-1 in gameweek 12 despite missing 10 players through various fitness problems, and five of them - Sasa Kalajdzic (knee), Enso Gonzalez (knee), Yerson Mosquera (knee), Boubacar Traore (knee) and Bastien Meupiyou (fitness) - will miss this one too.
However, Craig Dawson (illness), Sam Johnstone (illness), Pedro Lima (ankle), Santiago Bueno (groin) and Pablo Sarabia (calf) are all thought to be in with chances of coming back in and giving O'Neil selection dilemmas in all areas of the pitch.
Only Dawson might have a chance of forcing his way into the XI after last weekend's scintillating display, in which Mario Lemina and Rayan Ait-Nouri had to fill in as makeshift centre-backs alongside Toti.
Dawson's comeback would allow Ait-Nouri to return to his preferred left wing-back slot, but Lemina shone in an unfamiliar centre-back role at Craven Cottage, giving O'Neil no reason to alter the pack in that regard.
Lemina continuing at the back would allow Joao Gomes and Andre to pair up in midfield once more, while Matheus Cunha, Jorgen Strand Larsen and Jean-Ricner Bellegarde could comprise an unchanged front three.
Cunha had a direct hand in three of Wolves' four strikes at Fulham - two of his own and one assist - and his 31 Premier League involvements since January 2023 is unsurprisingly the most of any Wolves player.
Wolverhampton Wanderers possible starting lineup:
Sa; Lemina, Toti, Dawson; Semedo, Andre, J. Gomes, Ait-Nouri; Bellegarde, Cunha; Larsen
