Amorim has made five changes to the side that took to the field for the first whistle against Manchester City in the Manchester derby, with Altay Bayindir, Leny Yoro, Victor Lindelof, Christian Eriksen and Antony coming into the XI.
Matthijs de Ligt is absent due to illness, while Marcus Rashford did not travel with the squad; the Englishman was left out of the Manchester derby due to poor performances in training and has since revealed that he is looking to leave the club.
Alejandro Garnacho was also left out of the squad against Man City for similar reasons, but the Argentina international is back on the bench and will be hoping to be given a chance to make an impact in the last-eight affair.
Amad Diallo was Man United's match-winner against Man City, but the Ivorian is on the bench here, with Amorim having more than one eye on this weekend's Premier League clash against Bournemouth.
As for Tottenham, Archie Gray will again feature in the middle of the defence, while there is a spot at left-back for Djed Spence, with Pedro Porro returning to the side in his usual right-back spot.
James Maddison scored twice in the team's 5-0 win over Southampton last time out, and the Englishman again starts in the front four alongside Son Heung-min, Dejan Kulusevski and Dominic Solanke.
