If Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was feeling the heat following Manchester United's 5-0 defeat to Liverpool a week ago, he certainly did not show after laughing off taunts from heckling fans during a TV interview.
The Norwegian had looked destined to end his reign at Old Trafford with one of the Red Devils' worst-ever home defeats after their capitulation at Old Trafford last Sunday.
Mohamed Salah struck a hat-trick along with goals from Naby Keita and Diogo Jota as Man United and Solskjaer were booed off at the interval.
The United board met to discuss his situation and it was reportedly decided Solskjaer would get the next three games to turn things around.
The first of those fixtures was a tricky trip to face Tottenham, who were similarly in a bad moment following a topsy-turvy start to the season under Nuno Espirito Santo.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer watched his Man Utd side beat Tottenham 3-0
But it was the visitors who bounced back in style with an impressive 3-0 win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Those three vital points will no doubt ease the burden on Solskjaer's shoulders for now, although a defeat against Atalanta in a crucial Champions League tie in midweek would put his position under question.
But he certainly found an amusing way to cope with his situation when speaking about his side's performance after returning to winning ways.
As he prepared to speak to the club's official MUTV channel after the game, Solskjaer found himself on the end of some taunts from exiting Spurs supporters.
Perhaps a week ago, a disconsolate Solskjaer would have perhaps simply ignored them.
But with the victory improving his overall mood and allowing the pressure to subside a little, Solskjaer saw the funny side of their heckling.

After a brief chuckle interrupted the start of the interview, he fired back with an amusing response.
"Can I do this my interview and you can abuse me after?" he joked, before continuing his chat with the reporter.
Solskjaer's tactical tweak to a 3-4-1-2 made all the difference with Cristiano Ronaldo, Edinson Cavani and Marcus Rashford all getting on the scoresheet.
The 48-year-old was asked for his reasons behind the switch to a more defensive but solid back three formation.
"There's many things behind the tactics that we used today," he said, after singling out Scott McTominay was his man of the match.
"One is solidity, we managed to get Raphael [Varane] right bang smack in the middle of that back [three] because we needed a clean sheet.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Edinson Cavani both scored for Man Utd against Tottenham
"We needed to control the game with the ball and we did.
"We got Edinson [Cavani] and Cristiano [Ronaldo] to play together as a front two, we got the width from the wing-backs and today we felt it was going to work."
United are now fifth in the Premier League and only three points behind reigning champions Manchester City, who they face at Old Trafford in a crunch clash on Sunday.
