Newcastle vs Aston Villa: Team news
Sandro Tonali will look to build upon a positive debut with another start as Joelinton's ongoing VISA issues may cause him to miss out.
There is expected to be no place in the team for Allan Saint-Maximin as he looks to complete a transfer to Saudi Arabia.
Villa meanwhile will continue to be without Jacob Ramsey after he sustained a serious injury during England U21's Euro triumph.
But new signings Youri Tielemans and Pau Torres will look to make their non-competitive debuts for the club.

Howe told the club website: "Coming to a big stadium, you have to deal with the ferocious home support and we did that.
"Bits of the first half were outstanding and we played some really good football.
"The second half was not as pretty and we made lots of changes, but you would expect that. However, we found a way to win again and that's a good thing."
