He has had play second fiddle so far, following the arrival of Jesus from Manchester City in the summer.
Nketiah previously claimed he would have liked to have played more games this campaign.

When asked if he is frustrated given he is yet to start a Premier League game this season, Nketiah said: "Yes, everyone wants to play football.
"I am confident that as the season goes on, I will get opportunities and it is up to me to take them. I will keep pushing to show I deserve more minutes — complaining never really gets you anywhere."
Jesus has previously hinted of a Jesus-Nketiah partnership, and on Nketiah's showing against Bodo/Glimt, Arteta could well hand him a start against Liverpool on Sunday.
