It has once again been a busy summer at Stamford Bridge with Enzo Maresca's side already bringing in several new faces.
The most recent arrival in West London was former Leicester midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, who played under the Italian manager at the King Power Stadium last season.
Dewsbury-Hall followed the likes of Estevao Willian, Omari Kellyman, Caleb Wiley, Marc Guiu and Tosin Adarabioyo to make the switch to Stamford Bridge this summer.
However, it seems the Blues are nowhere close to being done with their transfer business just yet.
Who could depart Stamford Bridge this summer?
According to The Sun, Chelsea are still looking to bring in a few more new faces before the transfer window slams shut and are willing to part ways with a dozen of their existing players to make way for the new arrivals.
Conor Gallagher has entered the final 12 months of his contract and has been subject to a second bid from Atletico Madrid, while Tottenham Hotspur are also keeping tabs on the England international.
Trevoh Chalobah and Armando Broja are the other two academy graduates who have been put up for sale, and both players were left out of the squad that travelled to the US for the club's pre-season tour.
The Blues are also understood to be willing to listen to offers for goalkeepers Kepa Arrizabalaga and Djordje Petrovic, with Villarreal shot-stopper Filip Jorgensen rumoured to be close to agreeing a deal to join the West Londoners.
Arguably the least surprising name on the potential departures list is Romelu Lukaku, who spent the last two seasons on loan at Inter Milan and Roma respectively. The Belgian has been linked with several clubs in Italy and Saudi Arabia.
One of the somewhat unexpected names to make the list is Ben Chilwell, who has struggled with injury setbacks and is currently one of the highest earners on Chelsea's books.
Youngsters Lesley Ugochukwu and Harvey Vale have also been left out of Chelsea's first-team tour squad and are expected to be sent on loan this season.
Leo Castledine, Cesare Casadei and David Datro Fofana round out the list of players that could depart this summer if suitable offers are received.
Who could Chelsea bring in before the transfer window closes?
Aside from ensuring PSR compliance, the main reason for Chelsea's mass clearout is to bring in players that more closely suit Maresca's envisioned style of play.
Among those that the Blues may still look to pursue this summer is Napoli forward Victor Osimhen, who has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge since the end of last season.
As mentioned, Filip Jorgensen is currently on the club's radar as competition for Robert Sanchez, while there are also talks of the club being linked with Real Madrid's Andriy Lunin.
From within the Premier League, Manchester City's Julian Alvarez, Nottingham Forest defender Murillo and Brighton & Hove Albion attacker Evan Ferguson are believed to feature on Chelsea's wishlist.
The Blues have also sold several players already, including Michael Golding, Hakim Ziyech, Omari Hutchinson and Ian Maatsen, while Thiago Silva has returned to Brazil with Fluminense.
