talkSPORT understands every employee from the tea lady to the first-team will share in Brighton's unprecedented success by receiving an extra 20 per cent of their annual salary.

The bonuses, which also extend to casual matchday staff, will be paid from the merit money Brighton receive from the Premier League, which is dependent on their final finishing position.
Barring a freak goal difference swing, the Seagulls are all-but guaranteed to finish in the top six.

And they could leapfrog Liverpool into fifth spot if they win their final two matches against Manchester City and Aston Villa.
Though that will only happen if the Merseyside outfit suffer a shock defeat away at Southampton on Sunday.
Bloom and Brighton chief executive Paul Barber first devised the bonus scheme when Brighton were promoted to the Premier League in 2017 to help create a greater unity across the club.
Barber sent a personal email to all staff in the early hours of Monday morning thanking them after Brighton confirmed their European place by beating Southampton 3-1 on Sunday.

Meanwhile, talkSPORT has been told that Seagulls captain Lewis Dunk is expected to earn an England recall for next month's European Championship qualifiers against Malta and Macedonia.
Defender Dunk won his solitary Three Lions cap in the 3-0 friendly win over USA at Wembley in November 2018.
He is set to benefit from Gareth Southgate resting treble-chasing Manchester City pair John Stones and Kyle Walker.

Dunk has been a mainstay in the Brighton backline this season having played every minute of their 36 top-flight matches.
Speaking ahead of the win over the Saints, boss Roberto De Zerbi insisted he wouldn't be giving the super-human 31-year-old any rest.

He said: "Dunk can't rest. Why? Dunk is from Brighton, he is a top player.
"I think he is a top player not only for us but the level of Dunk is higher than his career.
"He has to play 90 minutes every game for me. Dunk is not human!"
