The Cherries will be looking to bounce back after they fell to a 3-0 defeat in their recent meeting with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
Kelly was forced to miss the trip to North London through illness, whereas Adams and Tavernier were both absent due to injury.
Adams has not played since the end of March because of a back issue, while Tavernier has missed the last five matches with a hamstring problem.
Iraola delivers positive update on trio
Speaking at Friday's pre-match press conference, Iraola revealed that Kelly, Adams and Tavernier are all set to feature in Saturday's matchday squad.
"Lloyd Kelly will play tomorrow," Iraola told reporters. "He has been involved in training normally so we have no concerns about this. So we've recovered Lloyd, Tyler Adams and Marcus Tavernier will also be part of the squad."
The Cherries are still without the services of Ryan Fredericks and Luis Sinisterra due to calf and hamstring injuries respectively.
Chris Mepham is ruled out because of illness, while Milos Kerkez will serve the final game of a three-match suspension.
Iraola comments on Manager of the Sear award nomination
Having led Bournemouth to a record-breaking Premier League points total, Iraola has been nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Season alongside Manchester City's Pep Guardiola, Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp, Arenal's Mikel Arteta and Aston Villa's Unai Emery.
The Bournemouth head coach believes the nomination is "something for the club" to celebrate following a successful Premier League season.
"I think it's something for the club," Iraola said. "People think that we have done a very good season and it's good to see yourself with this kind of recognition.
"I think the other nominees are in another level, I would say. They are the top four teams in the league. It's good that a club like us receives this kind of recognition but in the same way it could go for Sean Dyche or Gary O'Neil, they are also doing very good jobs. It's nice to receive the nomination, yes."
After collecting 48 points from 36 matches, the Cherries are sitting in 10th place with just two games left to play.
